I've read about it lots. people's feedback and to my own slp. Its a temporary fix. You are tricking your brain with this auditory delay. But after a while your brain adjusts to it and you start stuttering again. Many people use it only before interviews or presentations. Because they use it rarely , their brain never adjusts so they could technically keep using it forever. However keep in mind that It is super expensive ( 3,000 - 5,000).
