I don't think there is a 'normal' stutter. You may have similar stutters, but none are going to be the same. Hell, mine aren't even the same. I'll go months or a year getting stuck on one sound, then randomly I'll realize it's a whole different sound I'm getting stuck on. I'm not a psychiatrist, but I'd try to look back on your life when it changed. Are you more stressed or anxious now? Those can both contribute to our stutters. Not caring / accepting your stutter will lower your anxiety, but it can certainly still happen.
