I'm sick of all the scammers on this sub

I'm sick of all the scammers on this sub When I first joined this sub, I got a message from some account telling me how I can cure stuttering and what technique I should use and what speach therapy I should do. I get these messages occasionally when I post on here. It also seems like recently almost every single post is some person trying to promote their techniques, or research, or saying that they found a cure for stuttering.
