I havent taken it for a few years. I have excellent memory and never had any issues my doctor did not say I would either? I have heard of it affecting memory when abused or used with alcohol but max dose I took was 1mg, no side effects except tiredness for me when I first took. Though I did not notice any side effects except fluency if I had to do it over again, I would have taken only when I gave psychological evaluation results to parents and staff as I do not like the idea of taking medicine everyday(Im a school psychologist). Plus I heard it can be hard if taken for awhile on liver. But I cant go back and just took advice of doctor without looking up myself.
