I work in the dental field and I stutter, once your colleagues know its not a huge deal. My patients never say anything and just focus on the procedures. I’m in their mouth anyway so talking it never really an issue, I’m educated and having a stutter doesn’t change that. Ask your professors if one-on-one oral exams are an option! That really helped me in college.
