Take biggg deep breathes! Usually helps me and don’t worry about what other people think! I tell everyone I meet I’ve a stutter just to get it out of the way otherwise when I was younger I kept it to myself. I still fear my own stutter sometimes but usually with the help of private therapy sessions it’s going well :) YOUVE GOT THIS ☘️
