I agree with much of what you say, such as, addressing the reaction to triggers, stop blaming wrong factors (e.g., thinking that fear results in stuttering instead of the maladaptive reactions), not avoiding fear or difficult situations, developing self-efficacy in speaking fluently (instead of being convinced in the sensation of loss of control, instead of immersing in the feared word, anticipation, perceived conflict, or negative experiences), perceiving challenges as an opportunity instead, and retraining the speech mechanism. I'm interested in how you view the del ferro strategy. Can you share step 1, 2 and 3 of the del ferro method, in your own words? Can you improve my step-by-step guide which I wrote in above comment?
