Luckily I still have some of my old high school and college friends around me. They help introduce me to other people but my speech is especially severe right now and i don't think i'd be able to make friends. I've been using what I have to create for myself. That often includes going out with my friends who know me. One thing that helped me in college was finding people with common interests. So a lot of people would play Smash or Gears or Fifa in the dorms and we'd all game together and know each other. I also met a lot of people through sports.
