Yes! Absolutely. I don’t stutter too much, but ALWAYS stutter when asked to repeat myself. To combat this, I will try to say it a different way. “I’m going to the ball game tomorrow” “What did you say?” “Tomorrow, my gf and I are going to the baseball game”. This works occasionally, but I still get stuck. Sometimes I will try pretend I didn’t hear them, and they’ll eventually realize what I said. But this is tough when I’m face to face with someone. I also stutter when I’m trying to quote someone. Such as “ I was talking to Jim about it and he said “blah blah blah(stutter)”. Another time I stutter is when I’m asked what I do for work. Don’t know why. Since I know this, I practice when I’m alone. I work as “blank” at “blank”. Over and over again. I find practicing these situations to myself helps.
