Risperidone and ecopipam have different mechanisms so there is no comparison there. You state: "For the average anxiety induced stutter it won't really change that much" That's not a claim that you can back up. You cannot say all "anxiety" induced stuttering is anxiety causing stuttering, rather than an underlying neurological mechanism instead. Lastly, the rationale for antipsychotics is not limited to clinical trials and indeed, for some, they have been life changing. Yet I am highly aware of the limitations.
