well when there’s an appropriate time when the convo topic over text changes. I just say something like “just so you know, i have a stutter so don’t think i am having a stroke 😂😂”. Doesn’t put myself down, and shows I don’t take myself too seriously bc I can joke about my speech impediment. They always laugh at that so I’ll keep using that
