Idk how universities are planning to open their clinics this fall, but I'm assuming they're either doing in person or teletherapy. Many schools that offer speech therapy programs have clinics for their students to work in (they're supervised by licensed SLPs) and they're pretty cheap. Some accept insurance, some don't. My university didn't but it was only $300 for a semester for about 24 visits (2x/wk) so it ends up being pretty inexpensive.
