Your stutter will play into your favor here if you present well visually. Maybe it’s unethical, but I’ve learned to make my stutter work for me with LEO and court. They’ll view you more likely to be innocent if you have a disability they feel sympathy toward. Hell, maybe even play it up a little bit. Throw in a few hard ticks if you don’t have any real ones.
