I used to use it in Highschool. It worked initially but lost its effectiveness over the years. One big downside to it is that it’s harder to listen while you have it in and I got into a lot of trouble in school by pretending I understood what was said to me after asking people to repeat themselves a few times. I haven’t used it for 10 years now.
