I would say no. It has no bearing on your quality as a tenant. I’ve done many interviews for jobs, loans, living... and there is no reason to inform someone about your stutter. If they ask, which the ONLY reason I can see beyond curiosity is because they suspect the stutter is indicative of a drug problem, answer then that you have a stutter. 99% of people will be fine with that, knowing it a motor or neurological condition. You are going to do just fine.
