Well it defiantly improved dramatically. My stutter was never horrible but i had a lot of problems with blocks and i had some pretty bad days. Since the program my speech has gotten significantly better overall. Once i was finished the program i barely had to worry about my stutter as long as i did the practice every morning and night. That period lasted for about 2 months and then i found my stutter starting to creep back. Once i noticed that happening i made sure that i did some extra practice for a few weeks and made sure that i was making the most out of my practice as well and really focus on my targets. Overall it has made my life so much easier, i still think about my speech almost all the time, but now i have something that i can do about it. If i have a day with bad fluency i know that i can go home and practice more and that it will get better. Overall it has allowed me to speak with a lot more confidence and has allow me to let my guard down a bit although more stressfull situations are still difficult sometimes (meeting new peoples, job interviews etc.). I think about my targets when i speak all the time and i still have a good and bad days but i know that as long as i keep up with my practice i can have control over it. Main thing is to set a routine and to your practice everyday! I spend about 20-30 minutes in the morning and 10 at night practicing and i find that that amount works well for me. Good luck with the program, and let me know if you have anymore questions.
