Imitate some short blocks in the middle of beginning of your speech so that you feel less anxious for the rest of your speech. Tell people that often your body tenses up and your mouth freezes for a few seconds for no reason. Otherwise people will assume you're angry or you're in pain or you want to be interrupted depending on what your secondary behaviors look like.
