I’m happy to read that therapy has been impactful... your advice is spot-on. sounds like you found an awesome therapist, too! also, I would like to note that for those in the US who are concerned about cost: there are many universities that offer reduced rates for evaluations and therapy sessions (sometimes scholarships are available, as well). in the university clinic, you work with a graduate student clinician who’s supervised by a certified speech-language pathologist.
