Role play. In my career a lot of the training is geared around role play, which is video taped for review. yes it's daunting if not terrifying. When it came to interviews for internal posts or promotion exams I got colleagues to do dummy interviews. I feel i only failed to get one job due to my stutter and that turned out to be an absolute blessing.
