just got summoned for Jury duty and am completely stressed out now

just got summoned for Jury duty and am completely stressed out now This will be the first time that I have had to do it, I am 22. Does anyone maybe have some experience with this, and possibly getting stuck during it. I honestly have no idea what to expect, other than the little info my mom gave me. Something about going in front of everyone and answering questions about yourself...(which gives me a panic attack just thinking about it), and then waiting for hours on end. I am freaking out right now, any insight or stories would be helpful
