What I dread most is stuttering right from the start of the approach. As soon as I feel I'm about to talk to a girl: 1/ I walk towards her. I take a deep breath through my nose, expanding my stomach completely, exhale through my mouth, then take another deep breath. 2/ When I approach, I try to speak for no more than 5 seconds, which is the equivalent of 2 or 3 sentences maximum, before taking another breath. 3/ I start again. At the same pace. The big downside is that stuttering makes me seem insecure, stressed, and fearful. A simp easily intimidated by women. I hate projecting that image.
