Alright here we go: 1: Learn about and how to control your parasympathetic nervous system. There are tons of weird alternative medicine ways that claim to do it but there are also science backed ways. Deep breathing with long exhales, head to toe body scan and muscle relaxation, and many other ways that you can find online. It sounds like some hippie bullshit like essential oils type stuff, but it’s science based and medically proven. 2. Make little changes to fix what helps you. I felt bad about my weight and the way I looked. So I have been on a diet for the last three months and have lost 30 pounds, I have been taking care of my body and dressing nice every single day. The changes I made actually did make a difference, I was more confident and was being treated better. It’s a chain reaction of feeling better BECAUSE you feel better. 3. Finally, don’t make excuses for anything. Set your goals and make them achievable, and then achieve them. Failing goals make you feel worse and achieving them makes you feel better, set yourself up to be happy and it’ll happen
