Tips for a Teenage Stutter Hey Guys! I just wanted to know if you guys had any tips for calming nerves during Interviews, Presentations or Phone Calls. I’ve been Stuttering my whole life (currently 22 years old) and I feel that it has really been holding me back on the overall quality and happiness of my life. I’m about to graduate college and have a lot of presentations, interviews and people to talk to during this period of my life. Usually my Stuttering doesn’t bother me but lately it has been really acting up and has been very embarrassing especially trying to talk to recruiters or give final project presentations in front of my classes. I saw some people talking about taking Vitamin B1, cutting back on caffeine (I do drink a particular large amount of soda, coffee, energy drinks) or trying breathing techniques. Thank you so much!
