Awesome to hear that OP. I have a similar technique where I remind myself to breathe. I would always hold my breath and try to speak with like that. That made it worse since I was stuck and could not get the word out. What also works for me is that I try to go in rhythm with my fingers as I speak (Thumb, index and middle finger, slow taps to the thumb). Most of the times it works. It tricks my mind into believing I’m in sync with something so I have to produce the word.
