Try not to let small minded people like that affect you and your peace. The majority of people out there are normal, understanding and won’t think twice about a stutter. The rest of people are prejudiced, rude and they have to be ignored so that they crawl back into their little dungeon of rudeness. I believe wholeheartedly that there is someone out there for everyone and everything in life will fall into place. I have come to realise that I am proud of my stutter - it’s made me who I am today and it makes all of us who we are - stutterers are more empathetic and understanding than a lot of other people I have met in life.
