My parents took me to doctor for my stuttering treatment when I was 10 (I'm 18 now) i have always had severe anxiety. The doc told my parents that they have to keep telling me that ""I'm alright and that stuttering is not there, I'm okay."" It didn't helped me then but when I turned 16 and became more confident, my stuttering got so much better, without me even noticing. Because I stopped thinking about it that much, it actually disappeared. ANTIPATING STUTTERING CAUSES STUTTERING. Gaslight yourself into thinking that you speak perfectly. Adapt this mindset that "it's all in the mind", it's a psychological battle and you have to fight it. What I'm saying is 100% scientific. It has worked for me, it can probably work for you. I'm not saying It has gone 100% but i can say 80% of it is gone. Remember DON'T BE AFRAID TO STUTTER IN FRONT OF PEOPLE, NOBODY IS GOING TO REMEMBER. ABSOLUTELY NOBODY. not as much you think atleast. We aren't as special to others as we think we are, people have their own issues and shit going on in their own lives. In 5 years they will probably forget your name. So it doesn't matter. We are spinning on a rock in infinity space, just go for it, just give it a try. Once you win the psychological side of it, you will win half the battle. I hope it helps, you are not alone in this. You matter. :))🤍
