If you can find the space to do it, laying on your back is a good way to force you body to take deeper breaths. Or just finding a place to close your eyes and take very intentional deep breaths, I have a playlist of lullabies for when I’m panicking that helps. If you know what’s stressing you out, sometimes it helps me to rationalize how temporary the stressor is, although that backfires sometime if it’s not actually temporary lol, I’ll just end up spiraling
