I understand your perspective, but the fact of the matter is that they are in my organization. As long as they are here, I'm going to do what I can to make them feel welcome. Not to mention, having to pay a little closer attention to someone speaking is far more preferrable than fuckers objecting to every motion, trying to skip to voting without hearing people through, etc.
