Hello. Some advice `ve been given is an exercise where you lay on your back and try to breath into your stomach. Slow deep breaths. Like try to make your stomach rise when you breath and dont let your chest rise. it helps a little bit. Also , when you feel that you are stuttering badly stop yourself , slow down and think. Take a couple of seconds and start over. Deep breaths help. A side note, just becouse you stutter does not mean that people instantly find you annoying. If you are basicly not an asshole , youll be fine in life!
