It sucks I know, but there are ways of lessening the effects. Try going on a low carb diet for mental clarity (check with your doc first if you have any health issues etc) Also doing strength training, lifting really heavy is good for releasing stress and again gaining mental clarity. Personally my stutter journey has made me really grow as a person and made me learn more about myself, ways to calm my nerves and anxiety. But if I could choose I’d still wish I never stuttered. Its a horrible afflicition that nobody should be forced to live with
