Any Italians willing to practice English speech?

Any Italians willing to practice English speech? I am going to Milan in a month to hold a presentation and it would really take away some stress to talk so some Italians and see if they understand my English and/or come with recommendations. Would really apprechiate it! I am a McGuire student and i can teach you some of the techniques if you would like. EDIT: Though this would be best over skype!
