Stuttering and breath, anyone else?

Stuttering and breath, anyone else? I've never been able to really breathe through my nose very well. I've got tiny noseholes or something, and cannot get enough air through them to comfortably breathe. Either way, I breathe through my mouth and have been forever. I often wonder if this might have something or even everything to do with my stutter. I often find myself running out of air and speeding up my speech to get it all done before taking another breath. I was wondering if anyone else might have ever experienced this and if there are any ways to better breathing techniques or tools available?
