I was talking about this the other day at work. People asked me how I felt about media portrayal of stuttering and as far as I can remember it was always kinda negative. Either a bungling person or treated as a comedic trait. It wasn't until The Kings Speech that the feeling of stuttering was portrayed closer to how it really feels. The anger, the frustration etc.
