It indeed helps as a Muslim i do a lot of prayers and ask God to help me i say this prayer Just like Moses had stammering with his talking he said this: Moses prayed, “My Lord! Uplift my heart for me, and make my task easy, and remove the impediment from my tongue ,That they may understand my speech. I say this every time.
