Yep. Blocking is pretty common among stutterers. I have it, most of the stutters I meet have it. It can get worse with age but it can also get better. Depends on how you approach it. I don't know about you personally but a big part of stuttering is mental. Since you are noticing your stuttering more, it makes sense that you stutter more. It creates a cycle of "I'm stuttering more" -> "People are going to notice" -> "Nervousness makes me stutter even more". This is going to be A LOT harder than it sounds but try to calm down about the stuttering. Try not being so bothered by it and don't bother hiding it. I guarantee you are going to fool 0% of the people that are actually paying attention. Focus on just getting your point across and less on being fluent.
