I like the mini series I Claudius. Stutter becomes the last effective Roman Emperor of the Julio-Claudian dynasty. The Praetorian guard didn't kill him because they thought he was retarded, thus a puppet Emperor. Turns out he was a hidden genius and outsmarted the everyone. 10/10 better than House of Cards
