My two cents (or whichever currency you prefer): First, you need to stop paying attention to or focusing on what she does or does not do or what she may or may not think. Just simply ignore it. It's causing you a lot of unnecessary overhead. Use your energy on speaking instead. Second, why haven't you been open with this person? That seems like a fairly easy thing you could do, just like thos other places you've worked. Third, don't hide your stutter. This is another one of those overheads you don't need. Fourth, contact your work environment representative and get a fricking table! :)
