Stuttering is all in the head. You have to calm yourself. I had it when I was in middle school and still have it sometimes. It happened when I was thinking too much about what I was going to say. It was always one word in a sentence that I couldn’t get passed. It was very random that it happened. Sometimes I didn’t stutter and other times I did but I kinda hide it from the people that didn’t know me well. Eventually I fucked up at a presentation for my class and I stuttered the entire presentation. I felt embarrassed but actually nobody really cares they were kinda shocked but didn’t care that I stuttered. I eventually fixed it in and I would like to share with you how. Stuttering has to do with stress and your breathing. I managed to fix the stuttering with breathing techniques. So whenever you have to say something and you think fuck I am going to stutter than just breath very slow and deeply in and out for about 10 seconds or longer if you need and don’t think about the word you are afraid off. When you feel more relaxed just talk and it will work.
