I can’t empathise with non-stutterers that struggle socially Is anyone else getting into this phase of gradually becoming a bit dulled to other people’s social problems? (Specifically fluent speakers?) My little sister is going to uni for the first time this week and is very nervous about making friends. Of course I didn’t say it to her face but I couldn’t help thinking, “dude you’re obviously gonna be alright, chill. :/“ Now obviously anxiety is serious shit (I have it!) and you can very well have no stutter and no friends. But let’s not pretend fluent people don’t have it a lot easier (.... can you tell I’m bitter?)
