Bro, reading this hit me hard… because you can still speak when you’re calm, but in my case, sometimes I can’t even say my own name. I get full speech blocks with weird facial tension — it feels like my whole body freezes. Even at home, when I try to talk, the words just won’t come out no matter how hard I push. It’s painful when your mind is completely clear but your mouth won’t move. Because of this, I couldn’t give my viva exams in college and ended up with backlogs. It really destroys your confidence. Still, I’m trying every single day to get better. Reading posts like yours gives me hope that one day I’ll speak freely too — without that constant fight inside every word.
