Acceptance--to stop psychological turmoil Disclosure -to create a stutter friendly environment Desensitization --you have to talk to people and learn to relax even as a person who stutters. Easier said than done, but small wins matter. Regimen--find some daily regimen for yourself and stick with it...tweak it as you go. Confidence -build your confidence no matter what. You will have set backs but cultivate a healthy self esteem Action - no matter what keep moving forward and do the things that frighten you..it's never as bad you think. Again there will be setbacks, but get back up and moving forward
