Any help or advice?

Any help or advice? My stutter has slowly grown much worse over the past 6 months. I've been trying desperately to reverse it and have only gotten worse. I was talking fine able to say any word with no trouble alone by myself. Now when I'm alone no matter what technique I use, how slow I roll into the word, how much I relax everything and breath deep, I can't say certain words. I've been on the point of tears and my self confidence has dropped immensely. I've noticed I only stutter on words starting with B, P, and D, with B and P being the worst. I stutter much worse when they are the first word as well. If I say a certain word before them I can quickly get them out just fine. But on my own just sitting trying to say the word alone I can't. Any technique, advice, or anything I could use? I've read a couple self help guides and links on this subreddit. I'm going into the military in 9 months and want to be mostly rid of stuttering before I join. Not have it be uncontrollable to where I can't function and follow my dream, and its starting to get awfully close to that point. Please help.
