Well of course, theirs two sides to every coin. In the end the only variable you have some control over is you. Two mind sets i've had for interviews. 1. Ok, if I stutter I'm screwed. They will think I'm incompetent and not able to do the job. So I have to have perfect speech, no stuttering at all. 2. Its ok if I stutter, I have no idea who the interviewer is. They might have a child who stutters, they might even stutter. If anything i'll be memorable because i'll be the candidate that stuttered. There is plenty of people who stutter that have jobs and do fine. I'll be ok. Guess which mind set actually produced less stuttering for me during the interview.
