My stutter has gotten worse this year

My stutter has gotten worse this year but I've also been getting crazy headaches. I feel like I might have some worms in my brain, some type of parasite. I've taken advil and excedrin but still feel the pain. Sometimes I feel so tired and times I can't focus. I need to go to the Dr. but I have no insurance.
