Have you ever looked into daily meditation? 10-20mins everyday It’s great to ground yourself and you can sometimes revert back to that state of mind/trance when you close your eyes and take a deep breath. Most anxiety or trying to shout out the word when talking to someone comes from what your guess is the other persons thinking while you try to get this word out. If you slow down and take your time it should be all good :)
