Practice an easy transition word, usually one without a hard vowel as the opening transition to start fluency. I use "This is (my name)" instead of "I'm" or other more difficult starting openers. With practice it will become easy (hard to believe, but it will). You may have to experiment t wih the opening word, but This is works well for me. Good luck!
