Congratulations on not fearing blocks and for putting yourself into communication interactions that might make you uncomfortable. Neither of those are small things. You should be proud. Can I ask some follow up questions? I'm curious what you mean when you say, "[which ever technique] doesn't help." Do you mean it does not reduce stuttering frequency? stuttering severity? that "stuttery" feeling? something else? I don't really know what you mean by stuttering being a "mental" disorder. (I can guess, but I don't want to put words in your "mouth"). Can you elaborate? Keep going on the stuttering journal. Speech scientists have examined what words dysfluencies in general are likely to occur on. However, to my knowledge no one has examined if there is a trend that distinguishes blocks from repetitions and prolongations.
