My stutter has fluctuated my whole life. It is mostly blocking and makes me talk in a slow way. The fluctuations are pretty random at this point. I'll go a month speaking quite well, then suddenly struggle for a month, or some days it fluctuates by the hour. Even the sounds that cause trouble for me change over time. Every few months I change my answer to "how are you?"
