I feel you 100%. If I have to hear "are you still there?" one more time.... and then you get your voice back and interrupt them in the middle. The whole conversation is out of rhythm. Website schedules are the BEST. I dont have to order pizza anymore and struggle through "for ddddd-delivery please." I can't always get around it, but any opportunity I can - I use a web ordering tool.
